Request a Screening

To assist you in determining if your health concerns can be addressed by our treatment approach, please enter the following information to schedule a brief screening call with our office at your convenience. Calls may be scheduled Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. If we are unable to schedule your call during your preferred or alternate time, we will email you to set up another time. We are not able to schedule same-day screening calls via the website. You may call our office at (858) 457-1314 to request a same-day screening.
